The healthcare marketing agency for UK private clinics
We help clinics get found on Google, Maps and AI answers, and turn those searches into booked patients, inside UK advertising rules.

“dentist near me” is searched about 246,000 times a month in the UK, according to Google’s Keyword Planner.
Google showed a map of local clinics in all 28 of our Birmingham checks on 13 October 2026. On a phone it sat above every website result.
Google showed an AI Overview for 10 of 14 patient searches, and 9 of the 11 answers we could read named specific Birmingham clinics.
CAP Code rule 12.12: prescription-only medicines or prescription-only medical treatments may not be advertised to the public.
“Get Found have definitely exceeded our expectations.” Jaz, Practice Manager, Manor House Dental.
Clinics that have worked with Get-Found
What healthcare marketing is.
Healthcare marketing is how a clinic gets found, trusted and booked by the patients it’s set up to treat.
For a private clinic that means search, Google Maps, reviews, AI answers and an easy way to book, all inside advertising rules most businesses never have to think about. Here’s an example: a dental practice publishes a clear implants page signed off by the dentist who does the treatment, keeps its Google Business Profile current, asks every patient for a review and runs Google Ads only on treatments it has room to book. Each part feeds the next.
Follow a patient from search to booking
Patients search before they call
In the UK, “dentist near me” is searched on Google about 246,000 times a month and “invisalign” about 90,500, according to Google’s Keyword Planner.
What we do: Treatment pages for each service you offer, local SEO for every site, and Google Ads on the treatments you can take bookings for.
Many get an AI answer first
Google often puts an AI answer above the websites. In our 14 Birmingham patient searches it showed an AI Overview for 10, and 9 of the 11 answers we could read named specific local clinics.
What we do: Clear, sourced answers on your own pages and the same clinic details everywhere online, so AI answers can find you and quote you.
They check who will treat them
Before they book, patients can read your reviews, look up the clinician and check your CQC report. Google’s own AI answer for “hair transplant uk” told patients that reputable UK clinics have GMC-registered surgeons and are regulated or inspected by the CQC.
What we do: Clinician pages with names and registrations, review requests after every visit, and your CQC rating, if you’re rated, where patients look for it.
Then they call, message or book
This is where marketing is won or lost. At 9.47pm on 13 October, two of the three clinics in Google’s map for “private health check” in Birmingham showed as closed. A phone that rings out loses patients you’ve already paid to reach.
What we do: A booking route that works on a phone at any hour, call tracking with recordings, and reporting on booked patients, not just clicks.
What patients see when they search.
On 13 October 2026 we checked 14 patient searches in Birmingham, on a phone and on a computer. Google showed its map of local clinics every time.

Hi, I’m Jaz, I’m the Practice Manager at Manor House Dental. We’re based on the borders of Solihull and Birmingham, and I’ve been working here for 10 years. Get Found have definitely exceeded our expectations. When we swapped over from our old digital marketing agency, they were very supportive. We had some issues, but they were there for us. We managed to build a great working relationship with Get Found. Our account manager with Get Found is Lexi and we found her to be approachable. She’s very fast in her responses.

“We have monthly meetings to go through our monthly reports and we plan our strategies for the following month.”
Dr Harry Singh, Owner, Oldbury Smile Spa. Private dental practice, Oldbury.
What we did: Website hosting and maintenance, SEO, and Google Ads for braces, implants and composite bonding.

Hi there, I’m Dr Harry Singh and the owner of Oldbury Smile Spa, a private dental practice based inside the Sainsbury’s in Oldbury. We came across Get Found last year via email and decided to use them for our website hosting and maintenance, internet SEO and Google ad campaigns for braces, implants and composite bonding. Since utilising Get Found, our telephone and email enquiries have increased multifold, our patient numbers month by month are increasing and we have seen a return on investment of 625%. The personal involvement by the Get Found team is fantastic, they are very hands on, are looking after everything we want them to in the background and we can monitor what is happening via apps and tracker sheets. We have monthly meetings to go through our monthly reports and we plan our strategies for the following month. I would highly recommend Get Found to any dental practice out there looking to increase their revenue and increase in high value patients.

“The guys are very proactive, very hands-on, nothing is a problem, they’re very easy to approach, always coming up with positive creative ideas.”

What we did: A new website for Wallasey Dental Studio, a video shoot and targeted paid adverts for private treatments and general dentistry.

Hi there, my name is Marketa Cardon and I’m the digital marketing director for Smart Dental Care. The work partnership with Get Found has been great. We’ve been working with Get Found over a year now. One of the latest projects, we’ve just been launching a Wallasey Dental Studio website amongst others, we’ve been doing a video shoot, launching targeted paid adverts to promote not just private treatments but also general dentistry. The guys are very proactive, very hands-on, nothing is a problem, they’re very easy to approach, always coming up with positive creative ideas. So the working with them has been very easy and fun. The most exciting project I’m specifically super excited about, it will be the launch of our brand new Smart Dental Care website. It’s going to truly represent who we are as a brand and help us to communicate our values and what we stand for clearly to our patients. So yeah, it’s been a great partnership and I’m really looking forward to what’s next.

“…my brand feels more professional and consistent.”

Hi, my name’s Pramod, I’m from Dental Perfection and we’ve been working with Get Found now for nearly 3 years. They’ve really improved our new patient enquiries, you know, to double them I’d say, increased our turnover. This month we’ve had 30 implant enquiries, 3 or 4 Invisalign and some bonding.

“I thoroughly recommend them to anyone that wants to know anything about digital marketing.”
Roy Dixon, Clinical Director, The Dental Spa. Dental practice, Shrewsbury.
What we did: Advertising their services and treatments on Facebook.

Hello, I’d like to introduce myself. I’m Roy Dixon, clinical director at the Dental Spa. And one of the key things we look at all the time is how we market the services we offer here. One of the things we found extremely useful with our digital marketing is Get Found, using them to advertise our services and treatments we offer on Facebook. We’ve seen a considerable increase in our numbers. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone that wants to know anything about digital marketing.

The rules
Check it against the UK rules.
We read the eight pages ranking highest for “healthcare marketing” and “healthcare marketing agency” on 13 October 2026. Not one mentions the CQC, the ASA, the GMC or the MHRA. Pick something a clinic might want to do and read the rule that applies.
- Not allowed
“Prescription-only medicines or prescription-only medical treatments may not be advertised to the public.”
What we do: You can promote the clinic, the clinician and the consultation. The treatment decision belongs in the consultation.
Advertise Botox or another prescription-only treatment
“Prescription-only medicines or prescription-only medical treatments may not be advertised to the public.”
What we do: You can promote the clinic, the clinician and the consultation. The treatment decision belongs in the consultation.
Have a doctor or a celebrity endorse a medicine
“Marketers must not use health professionals or celebrities to endorse medicines.”
What we do: Your own clinicians can explain what a consultation involves. They can’t front an endorsement of a medicine.
Say a treatment works
“Objective claims must be backed by evidence, if relevant consisting of trials conducted on people.”
What we do: Keep the evidence on file before the claim goes live, not after a complaint.
Show our CQC rating on the website
Every website run by or for a rated provider must show the most recent rating, the date it was given, the CQC’s web address and where on it the latest report can be found, clearly and where patients can see it.
Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, regulation 20A ›
What we do: The regulation doesn’t name a page. Put it where patients deciding whether to book will see it.
A doctor promoting their own services
When communicating publicly, including advertising their services, doctors must be honest and make sure what they say is accurate, not false or misleading (paragraphs 88 and 89), declare any conflicts of interest, not exploit people’s vulnerability or lack of medical knowledge, and keep what they say in line with their duty to promote and protect the health of patients and the public.
GMC, Good medical practice (2024), paragraph 90 ›
What we do: The same paragraph also covers social media and endorsing products or services.
Track bookings with an advertising pixel
“The UK GDPR singles out some types of personal data as likely to be more sensitive, and gives them extra protection”, and data concerning health is one of them.
ICO, What is special category data? ›
What we do: We track that a booking happened, not what it was for. Condition and treatment details stay out of advertising platforms.
Run Google Ads for an online pharmacy or telemedicine service
In the UK, online pharmacies must be registered with the GPhC and certified by Google. Telemedicine providers can promote prescription drug services only with LegitScript certification and Google certification. Neither may promote prescription drugs in ads or on landing pages.
Google Ads, Healthcare and medicines policy ›
What we do: Certification comes first. We don’t launch these campaigns until it’s in place.
Size demand with Google’s Keyword Planner
“Keywords with very low search volumes, or keywords that are considered sensitive aren’t discoverable or forecastable.” Google lists health among the sensitive categories.
Google Ads Help, Keyword Planner ›
What we do: On 13 October 2026 it showed no figure for “private gp”, “menopause clinic” or “ivf clinic”, yet Google showed a map of Birmingham clinics for all three that evening.
Each rule read on its own website on 13 October 2026. This is a summary to plan marketing around, not legal advice.

Your first twelve weeks.
Five stages, some running side by side. Move through the weeks to see what we’re doing in each.
Weeks 1 to 2
Audit
Where you sit in the map, what the site is missing on clinical attribution, and how many enquiries reach a person. We also flag anything in live ads or on the site that the ASA or the platforms would take issue with.
Weeks 2 to 4
Fix
Google Business Profiles rebuilt for each location with the right primary category and a working appointment link. Call tracking goes on at the same time, so by week three you know what an enquiry costs and how many are never answered.
Weeks 4 to 10
Build
Consultant pages, treatment pages and the questions patients ask before they book. Everything goes to your clinician for sign-off and carries a named author, their registration number and a review date.
Weeks 6 to 12
Paid search
Self-pay and insurer-led searches in separate campaigns, copy written inside the CAP rules, and audiences built without condition data. A small budget first, scaled once the cost per booked patient is known.
Every month
Report
Enquiries, answered calls and booked patients by source come first. If a channel isn’t paying for itself, we’ll say so and move the money.
